Hit Me Up wit a simple "Yo", "Hello","Hi", "Hey", "Hola", or "Wassup", jus to say you been here, seen it... ...Or if you find yourself in need of a hand to hold, a shoulder to cry on, an ear to bend or my personal favorite being just someone to sarcastically laugh with to avoid hysterically crying in a corner somewhere out there, jus say the word and jump right in wit it...

This is NOT a crisis service, but there are ppl trained to sit wit you in the dark until you can find that darn light switch again... or even jus an old flashlight within reach :')': Despite the lies whispered in the dark, YOUR light does make a difference in this cold and unforgiving world we're passing through.
If it all seems too much and too little a little too late, at the very least, use a lifeline to "phone-a-friend" and text a peer who has stood where your standing and can now be reached by texting "HELLO" to 571-487-7456 between 10am-midnight Mon.-Fri (excuding holidays). You can also share yo' "name" (real or not-so-real) and what's on yo' mind... there's no right or wrong way to start, as long as its not THE END... OR
